Rasta Worx

You know, thru my trod, I and I had to come to certain realizations. Overcome certain obstacles. Carry the “burden” of the crown thru times and places where that was frowned upon. I stand these days in amazement of the development of this culture and the hearts it’s reached. What a blessings to be part of a movement that gets stronger and stronger by each breath of all mi bredrin and sistren. I also feel a need to defend Rastafari. I understand that my word is not divine and Rasta welcome all hearts, as I always welcome all hearts,  just sometimes when I see and hear some of the I’s that only connect with the herb, and play some tunes here and there, buy a tam and a t shirt, flying ites, gold, and green, trying their best to emulate a culture, as opposed to penetrating the culture in search of the knowledge, wisdoms, and understanding. It leaves me at a crossroad in which I would to reason with the Izses. Each individual journey begins in it’s unique way, progressing into fullness, and I do my best to keep this in front of I mind. Yet more and more common are those who use this spiritual essence to accommodate a chosen personal lifestyle. Some quote H.I.M. and when you try and reason with them, you soon find out it was something they pulled off the Internet to fit the shape of the mold. Now this still has a purpose in I eyes, because it still brings them closer to the true essence, but when certain Iszes remain in the same spot year after year, it gets disrespectful to I.  Even, now after I have cut my locks (willing to reason on this in another session), I see many in a stagnant position. This makes me wonder what it is they are after. Are these wolves in the clothing of sheep? How do the Iszes feel about this? The development is a personal and spiritual one, so I know in fullness it is not my place to say who is and who isn’t Ras, but it has to be more than what I have been seeing in recent years (mostly america). Those that I encounter with true understandings are from abroad or well travel, and reason with many in Iszes personal search. How do we bring this sense of fullness to these bredrin and sistren? How do we help them find a path to fullness? One Love to all! Livety
